We are very proud of every single team member! At our company, the roles are very clear: either they are a Career Angel (experienced HR professional with usually min. 10 years of experience) or are a part of our support team who have different levels of seniority (from Junior Assistants to Senior Business Partners). Our team consists of 4-5 generations (depending on whether you count Xennials as a seperate micro-generation) located in over 10 different cities across Europe.

Dominika joined Career Angels in March 2016 while studying Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities with a major in Ethnolinguistics at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is responsible for preparing documents for clients and overlooks the process of preparing research on private equity funds. She’s also been a key member in our translation team of the Career View tool. Additionally, she recruits our junior team members and then onboards them during their training period. She works in Polish and English. Dominika also speaks Spanish, and is learning Portuguese.

Sandra started her international career in recruitment in June 2002 in Budapest, Hungary at TMP Worldwide (then Hudson) in the Legal Recruitment Department that has become Legalis. She has worked with executives in CEE while being based in both Budapest and Warsaw, Poland. In June 2010 after a 2-year break in recruitment (Sales & Marketing Manager in Latin America), Sandra decided to change, though not moving in-house, but to what she likes calling “the third side” of the recruitment process: supporting executives in their job hunting process. Sandra works in English, Polish, German and Spanish. She also speaks Portuguese and French.

Anna started her career in recruitment in 2004 after graduating from Psychology, with a specialization in Career Counseling. She joined Headhunters CEE as a Researcher, and was then promoted to Research Consultant. From 2011 to 2019 Anna worked directly with clients across various industries with a focus on board and board -1 level assignments across Europe, incl. CEO/COO for major international corporations, Sales & Marketing Directors, especially in FMCG and retail, CIO/CTO with a focus on digitalization and various finance roles, incl. SSC. Anna joined Career Angels in 2018. She works in Polish and English.

Maria joined Career Angels in 2013. She has also worked as an Associate Consultant at Devonshire and has studied Management of Human Resources at the University of Economics in Cracow. In 2018 Maria completed post-graduate studies in Payroll. While also supporting our clients, Maria is our HR & Admin Manager which means that she recruits Mini & Career Angels (incl. testing), trains all new team members and ensure every Angel is on par with our quality standards. Maria also helps everyone to firstly get & feel connected to our remote, virtual team and then enables everyone to stay “plugged in”. Maria works in English and Polish.

While studying Psychology at the University of Warsaw, Adam started working as a Project Manager / Coordinator at an NGO. He joined Career Angels at the beginning of 2018 and is responsible for the technical aspect during webinars & live streaming of our lectures. Adam records most of our content and is in charge of video editing. Additionally, he supports our social media efforts, especially on LinkedIn. Adam works in English and Polish.

In 2005, while completing her M.A. in Psychology, Lidia was working for Bigram, where she recruited middle, senior and top management across FMCG, automotive, industry and pharma. She also conducted outplacement programs. In 2010, she moved to Human Direct, a personnel consulting firm. Three years later, Lidia started to work independently as an HR Consultant in insurance & chemical industry (competency & potential assessments, executive search). She also has experience in HR Business Partnering in the chemical (Ciech Group) and medical care (Medicover) industry. Lidia has completed two postgraduate studies: “Human Resources Management” and “Employer Branding”. She joined Career Angels in 2019 and works in English and Polish.

During Valeria’s 16 years with MIP, an Austrian consulting company, she was instrumental in developing their business in Ukraine and then enabling the shift from management consulting to HR consulting and Executive Search. While still in Ukraine, Valeria was the Executive Director of the Swedish Ukrainian Business Club and a Board Member of the European Business Association. Valeria started supporting Career Angels clients in May 2013 working out of Denmark. She particularly supports international, multilingual projects for senior executives – usually regional or global roles. She works in English, Danish, Ukrainian, Russian and German.

Anna has over 10 years of experience in HR and sales. She graduated in pedagogical studies. She has worked in services, specialized training and consulting. Since 2017, she’s been working strictly in the HR industry: at first in financial outsourcing (recruiting candidates on middle and senior positions), then in one of the biggest job searching portals in Poland, where she was responsible not only for the recruitment, but also for building employer branding strategies, on-boarding and training. Anna joined Career Angels in 2020. In addition to everyday work with the clients, she coordinates our marketing activities. Anna works in Polish and English.

Izabela started her career in Hudson in April 2001. She worked on Talent Management assignments across energy, production, FMCG, finance, pharma sectors supporting middle and top management. Her main focus was outplacement programs. In 2011 she moved to Bigram to further develop outplacement and talent management programs there. She joined Career Angels in 2016 to support managers. Iza has published a number of articles on HR-related issues. She works in English and Polish.

Ula has 10+ years of experience as a career consultant, coach and corporate / NGO trainer. She cooperated with the Warsaw University of Technology Careers Office in preparing its graduates for the job market and then joined the College of Europe to set up and coordinate a pioneering Career Service Center. Since 2017, she’s been an international career & transition coach at an international coaching company. Ula joined Career Angels in 2019 where she particularly supports young professionals, as well as international, non-standard candidates. She works proficiently in both Polish and English.

After completing her BSc in Psychology and MSc in Human Resource Management at the University in Ljubljana, Tanja started her career in 2005 as a management consultant, trainer and project manager in industries like banking, automotive, service, pharma. In 2014, Tanja joined Sberbank as HR Development Specialist and later Resalta as Head of HR Development. She joined Career Angels in 2020. Besides coaching and supporting clients in their job search, she is involved in the Challenge Accepted Europe initiative. Tanja works in English, Slovene and German.

Marcelina started cooperating with Career Angels in February 2019 while completing her B.A. in Classical Philology at the University of Łódź. She is responsible for preparing reports and documents for the clients and updating the database of investment funds. She also supports new team members during the induction period. In addition, since April 2020, she helps Career Angels in organizing Open Webinars – she coordinates their promotion and contacts participants directly. Marcelina works in English and Polish. She also speaks Italian.

While completing her M.A. in Psychology, Anna started her career at TMP Worldwide (then Morgan Philips Hudson) in February 2001. After having recruited in sectors like pharma, (heavy) industry, construction, IT and FMCG, Anna left in October 2006 to first become a Senior HR Specialist at LOT, then an HR Manager at BDO, followed by IDEA bank, and finally – HR Projects Director at PKP Intercity. In the meantime, Anna completed three post-graduate studies: Managing Professional Competences of Employees, Professional Coaching, HR and Payroll in law and practice. Anna started cooperating with Career Angels in December 2011 with a focus on C-level clients and coaching. She is also responsible for the “Challenge Accepted” community. Anna works in Polish and English.

We are our clients’ Career Angels. Mini Angels are the Career Angels’ angels. They support us in anything and everything. They are multilingual: English, German, Spanish and Polish. And only 1 applicant in every 70 makes it through the intensive recruitment and training process. They are the best and brightest.
