Why us?
Lidia (in recruitment & HR since 2005): My recruitment process was like climbing a mountain – step by step, higher and higher. Finally, I got to the peak with huge satisfaction. And that was just the beginning. After nearly 6 months, I have a feeling of major self-development, followed by mutual feedback and full support by the Mentor Career Angel.
Ula (Trainer & Career Advisor since 2007): Working at Career Angels began with a gradual, transparent, well-structured induction period, where I received a lot of support from several people. Now, I am facing gradual challenges, with constant feedback that helps me develop my technical, organisational and interpersonal skills at my own pace. Every time I have a question or I get stuck on something, I can count on well-prepared materials that help me along, as well as, a constructive answer from one of my mentors or colleagues. All the systems and procedures we use make sense. They are intended to keep the communication with the clients and cooperation with colleagues as smooth and effortless as possible.

Why us?
Karolina (23): I do believe that working for Career Angels was one of the best things that happened to me. Flexible working hours, many opportunities for personal development and an extremely helpful team, that’s what makes this job unique. I have learnt how to be more effective and I love that I can work in 3 languages on a daily basis.
Izabela (21): The first few months as a Mini Angel were very intensive, as I was being trained and had to learn many, many, many new things. Although it was a bit overwhelming, I do not regret it because it helped me develop skills that are useful at both university and my private life. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere: I am never left alone – there is always somebody eager to help me.
Maria (22): The phrase “You don’t know what you don’t know” was very true in my case, especially during the first six months of my training period. I have learnt to be very well organized, how to work remotely. I really appreciate working with my colleagues across the globe.
Joanna (19): In the last year, I’ve had the opportunity to improve my German and English skills, learn more about marketing and discover my areas of interest for when I finish university. I appreciate the flexible working hours, trust and support. The most difficult thing for me so far was becoming a really proficient “laptop user”. It was worth it!
Justyna (22): Impossible becomes possible here. After the recruitment process, you join a team where all people from the other side of a laptop screen automatically become your friends and you get all the help you need to understand all the processes. Career Angels focus on development and you will feel it from day one. And personally for me, the most important is the freedom that you get here because you can work from anywhere in the world!
Kasia (22): Working with Career Angels is amazing – you learn new things every day, teammates are always willing to help or give feedback. The atmosphere here is great, there is no fussing or bragging, everyone is pretty much equal and treats others the same way. Working from home is a great advantage for me – I am an introvert and there are times I just do not want to make any social interactions, and with Career Angels I can stay at home and still earn money! The recruitment process and initial training were intensive, but they gave me a solid foundation for my everyday work.
Julia (21): The recruitment process in our company is very well-thought-through and touches both, checking basic competencies and some unexpected aspects. All this to save time and choose someone who “fits” the company, so that no one (both candidate and company) is disappointed in the future. And it works! I knew exactly what to expect from this job and working here just feels right
