At Career Angels, we have developed our proprietary methodology of planning and managing one’s career as well as navigating the job market. We are pleased to share this knowledge to improve the quality of services provided on the market: since 2018, we have conducted 4 editions of the “Career Consultant” course and in-house trainings for HR departments. We have, in total, trained over 38 participants.

The course consists of two levels:

→ Types of clients in terms of their competencies, awareness, and career direction
→ Tools and exercises for working with the client (p.1): building a good questionnaire, circle of life, “Start with a vision of the end”, STAR, CRM
→ Tools (p.2): bidding on work values and parameters, Strategy Session, working with competencies etc.

→ Client examples & challenges
→ Approach to the industry / profession change
Each participant will receive a confirmation of participating in 4 modules of the 1st level course.
Continuation: those who after completing 4 modules of the 1st level course would like to further explore our methodology and learn the practical side, can participate in the 2nd level course, which consists of 7 live webinars (every 2 weeks – the exact date will be agreed upon). Before each session, we send materials so that each participant can prepare properly.
Option with a certificate: before and after each of these 2-hour sessions, students doing the course with a certificate will receive additional exercises and support, as well as feedback. Participants are required to work on real examples of their choice.

More about the certificate:
- have successfully completed all exercises in the 7 compulsory modules
- present a summary of their own “client”
will be admitted to the final exam, which consists of two parts – written and oral. To get the certificate you need to pass all the elements with at least 80%.
